On May, 9th 2007,
9 European countries (Bulgaria, Finland, Greece, Italy, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Spain, United Kingdom) will engage contemporaneously in one literary marathon.

From 11.00 a.m. (Rome time) till late in the evening, hundreds of people of different background will read a national masterpiece.

The European Literary Marathon will take off with the 'Ode to Joy' (from Beethoven's 9th Symphony) played contemporaneusly in many different locations spread through Europe.
